Come out TONIGHT for some 50s Hollywood glamour and intrigue (and luscious ice cream)!

Tickets are available on the door tonight for our 1st birthday special screening of Hitchcock’s amazing ‘Vertigo’ (1958, Cert PG) starring James Stewart and Kim Novak and set in spectacular San Francisco. Under 16s welcome. The film was voted No.1 in last year’s 10-year poll of over 800 international film critics in the BFI’s famous ‘Sight & Sound’ poll.

A captivating performance by Kim Novak, with James Stewart in an untypical but career-changing role.

The film is rarely seen at the cinema and tonight will be in the main cinema on the BIG screen in the Bromley Hall – refreshments from 6.40pm and the film programme starts at 7.30pm with two special introductions to the film and Bernard Herrmann’s amazing mesmerising music (brief but informative!). We’ll also be selling Simply ice cream from Ashford in Kent – Honeycomb Crunch is everyone’s favourite but the other flavours are great too!
